Hello to all. I just registered, and thought I'd introduce myself.  My name is Doug Vasi. I recently upgraded to a MES 30. I had a Big Chief for a few years before that which I mainly smoked fish with. I've done a couple sets of ribs in the new smoker and so far so good. I'm looking forward to trying new and bigger projects now that I have a better smoker. Take care, and I'm sure I'll be active here with questions and comments.
