Hi...

I'm a new guy here.

I'm a retired Police L.E.O. and a active Smoker.

I've got an old homemade OffSet stick burner that I fire up every week or so.

I also think highly of my homemade UDS.  I love them both.

I've got other cookers and smokers, but the OffSet, UDS, and a old Blue Weber grill get the most use.

Last year I built a 18'X18'  Patio Cover, so I can Smoke when I want to, rather than when weather permits.

(Good Investment)

I've got a lot of Cast Iron cookware that I use regularly.  Dutch Ovens, Skillets, and Griddles.
