New to forum, not new to smoking

Hi, I am Keith & I am from far northern Wisconsin.  I am not new to smoking.  I have been smoking for 10 years.  I have a Char Griller smoker with fire box & an electric Weber smoker.  I will be getting a Master-built 40in smoker in the near future.  I am also going to build a smokehouse in my back yard.  I like to smoke pork & beef, but am looking at smoking other things like sausage, chicken & turkey.  I have done some fish.  I want to start cold smoking also.

Good afternoon from 80degrees San Diego CA! I'm so happy I found this site! I'm learn so much about REAL BBQ! I almost feel guilty learning about all the different techniques recipes that I have received from all the wonderful folks here!
I have a New Braunfel smoker with side fire box and I love it like my kids. Thank you
