New smoker, yeee-haw!

I smoked enough food for my friends that they bought me a new freaking smoker! I am blown away how blessed I am. Check out my new 40" Masterbuilt. I've heard it is an MES in less fashionable clothing. Cabela's lifetime warranty though. Now I've got to move my 30" Smoke Hollow out to the large party pasture. I'm picking up my first AMNPS tonight so maybe it will be a dedicated cold smoker and I'll put a mailbox on it.

I had to cut a new door into my house today so I'm just getting her outside to season and then I'll start with a spatch-cocked chicken. If I'm comfortable with the consistency right off I'll do a brisket tomorrow but if I need a little more time with her I'll just throw a few racks of ribs in there and some corn on the cob. Feeding the guys that bought it for me tomorrow something tasty though.
