just picked up a  grillpro gas smoker..before i did any smoking i put a gasket around the door and latches ...(it wouldnt close after gasket) im going to smoke some chicken on it today soon..i fired it up last nigth for a couple hours to burn it off and it looks real good..for the money ill try it out...one man cant have too many smokers right? this makes #4  (uds,chargriller duo,this, and a pig    roaster/smoker)

btw. my first gasket attempt looked like your but it didn't stay on well and didn't fit hinge side at all. I did find some flat(instead of rope) gasket and hopefully I have better luck.
 
i think their called loop latches...got them at my local hardware
 
Looks good. I'll bet thoes latches would work on my Master Forge to pull in the door
 
Nice, I've seen people mention the door gasket problem especially in my model too. What have people been using for gaskets and where do you find them?
