Hiya! New smoker here, from the island of Philippines, Manila.

Had some experience smoking ribs on a griller, just got a new reverse offset smoker and ready to take smoking seriously Hoping to make friends and know a lot more about smoking meats in this forum.

Hopefully you can tell us a little about the type of smoking that is done in the Phillipines. What types of smokers are common, what wood is used, and what meat do people think about when they say smoked Phillipine bbq?
