New Smoker in Wisconsin

Hello all! I've just started smoking after I got a Brinkmann Vertical Propane Smoker for my birthday about a month ago. A friend of mine has been into smoking for a while and I really enjoyed it, so I figured I better stop mooching off of him and start making some myself.

I'm a huge sports fan and look forward to enjoying some smoked meat while watching a ton of football this fall! Can't wait to get more into it. I've only made chicken quarters so far and am in the process of doing my first pork butt today. Really excited to taste the results!
