Hello all,

I'm new to smoking, inherited a Brinkman vertical smoker and wasn't too happy with it and found this site.

I do a lot of salmon fishing and decided to expand my horizons but needed something more to do the job.

I just completed a plywood smoker and will post with some questions soon in the proper area, but I am

open to all advice, tips, and knowledge.  This is a great site!  Thanks in advance.

Hello Salty and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
