Hello all, new to smoking and interested in building an offset smoker soon. Looking forward to learning from you guys.

If I had an offset smoker , I would sleep with it under my pillow and push it around in a baby buggy for walks and show it off to the neighbors. I would cover it every night and set an alarm I would install.
That might be a bit of a stretch..
