New Smoker from the San Francisco Bay Area

  1. I bought a 18.5" WSM (my first smoker) three weeks ago. So far I've only smoked a few racks of baby back ribs & a chicken. My wife & I loved the results and now I'm excited to learn more & try smoking more meats. I also have a gas grill that I will use in conjunction with my WSM as I try to ramp up my budding "pitmaster" skills.

    I look forward to picking up tips in this great forum!
