Hello,
I am a Coach who resides in Longview. I am a member of the Only Frat Omega Psi Phi. Just a little about me, I coach and during my spare time I "fire the pit up." I am currently using a brickman smoker sort of like a little smoker. Looking to get a real smoker one these days. My latest work was a smoke rump roast I did for 8hrs 5 uncovered and 3hrs wrapped twice in foil. Think I'm doing pretty good for a 25yr old
