New smoker from San Francisco

Hi All,

I bought a char-broil electric smoker a few weeks ago, it's similar to the Masterbuilt 30. I a absolutely new to this but so far my results have been pretty decent and it seems obvious where I can improve my next cooks. This forum is perfect because all of my questions so far have been answered by simply searching through old posts.
