New Smoker from PA

Hey all,

I am a relatively new smoker from Central PA.  I got a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for my birthday last summer.  I have smoked a few pork butts, ribs, cheese(w/ the AMNPS), and a few other odds and ends.  I have been a lurker here for a little while and I have taken some good notes from the site already.  I am going to smoke some salmon tomorrow so I will be posting another thread in the Fish section after this...

Welcome. Where in Central PA are you from?

I live right outside of the State College(Penn State) area.

Cool. I have property and family in Hastings (about a half hour northwest of Altoona).

Looking forward to seeing the pics of the fish smoke.

to SMF - glad to have you here.  One thing to remember is that any posts with a picture get held for moderator approval by the software until you get to somewhere around 20 posts. They usually get approved within a couple of hours
