Hi Everyone,Just got a Smoke Vault 24", and am just going to season it tomorrow, and hopefully start smoking next week. Excited to be a part of the community.Question for anyone else from a cold weather climate: Can you smoke year round? If not, what's the coldest outside temp that you should/can smoke in?

Have fun and...

Yes you can smoke year round..but where you live your going to have to wrap that baby up tight to hold in the heat and maybe build you a wind break barrier and set it in...Welcome to the club and you have some good eating ahead of you..

Welcome from Wausau. you will need a wind break and maybe a Harbor Freight welding blanket, but yes you can smoke all winter in Wisconsin
