New Smoker From Africa

Hey all,

I have been living in the land of grilled meat for a few years now, and I am looking to introduce smoked BBQ to the local flavor. I am looking to build a smoker, with a grill included. I am looking at turning the fire box into a grill, with a two door smoker, and putting it on a trailer, anyone have any experience with size? Dimensions? Will be catering events of 50-100 people.
