New Smoker coming from Owasso Okla

My name is Todd Jeffrey and as seen above I'm in Owasso Oklahoma. Been smoking for the past five years on a traditional side box smoker. After sweating my butt off and burning my monthly paycheck in charcoal and wood I've made the change. That's right I sold my sole, I'm now a happy owner of a Traeger. Must say I am impressed and a bit spoiled. Set the temp, insert the probe then back inside for the football game. Always looking for new ideas along with sharing anything I can for others.

Hey Todd, welcome from Tulsa! I have that same smoker, built by Craig. Have always enjoyed it. I would have gotten a larger one if I could have fit it through my gate. Enojy the Forum. Folks around here have always been a big help to me.
