New smoker build question.

I am building my first offset and getting ready for paint. It is all 1/4 plate steel hand rolled.

Would you paint the interior of the smoke chamber with high temp paint or just pressure wash and season with veggie oil and heat? Thanks

NO! no paint in the fire box or smoke chamber!

Absolutely no paint. Spray with a suitable cookin oil and fire it up to season.
