Got a late start for a smoke tonight. Started around 8pm. Doing a rack of ribs 3-2-1 style. Last picture was at the 3 hour mark when I added parkay and brown sugar before the foil. Only a couple of more hours to go!

Just picked up a Pitboss 820 Deluxe pellet smoker. It was an upgrade from my Oklahoma Joe Highland. Will do some smoking this weekend and post some pics.




You got yourself a very nice grill and those Ribs look Mighty happy too... Keep that grill clean and it’ll put out some Outstanding Que for You...

Thanks man, I did a pork loin roast the other day as well and it turned out great. Going to do some chicken breasts today and will post some pics.

P.S. you say Semper Fi, I say Aim High:emoji_laughing:

I thought the USAF Motto was... Aim high…Fly-Fight-Win! Thank You for your Service Cronocide!! The Few and the Proud will always say Semper Fi... “Always Faithful”... Do the USAF proud and don’t burn up any BBQ on your PB 820... :emoji_laughing:

Boneless skinless chicken breasts from last night! They were super moist and smoky. Turned out great! Put in brine for 24 hours and rubbed with equal portions of garlic powder, onion power, pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
