I recently switched back to an OK Joe Highland from a Pit Boss pellet. I had and OK Joe before but never modded it, this time I'm going all out. I purchased maze inserts for the charcoal box, LavaLock smokestack lowering kit, LavaLock tuning plate with water pan, and a new Inkbird wireless probe set. I also sealed the chambers stove rope and all crevices with Rutland high temp silicone. I'll get some pictures with all the new gear and update. Plan on throwing a brisket on Friday evening for the weekend!

Pretty much any mods you would want or need.

I think I went too far with the mods LOL. Honestly just had fun with my son who used this as a first welding and fabricating project
