Last Christmas my wife hooked me up with a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24" and I've used it quite a bit and absolutely love it! Some say it's cheating to use a propane smoker, but I could care less...it's all about what comes out of it in my opinion.
I have found myself checking this page nearly every time I get ready to smoke something, so I figured I ought to just create an account.
