Hello all I’m from W. Palm Beach, FL and new to the “Smoker’s World”, as I’ve recently dove in and acquired cheapo Masterbuilt water smoker and modified it a bit to learn on.

Currently, I have 2 chickens and 4 racks of beef ribs on my resume (pork-free diet), and every time that I’ve searched for tips for foray into this new world for me I’ve always ended up here to gain the most knowledge. The family has loved every cut that has come off of the grates, so I’m now all-in!
