You should just be able to right click on the picture, click properties and copy and paste that.
OR if it's a webpage go up into the address box, highlight it, right click copy, click your post, right click and then paste it into your post.

Hopefully that helps bud.

Try this.

Right-click the image and select Save Picture As.
Save the file to your Desktop or some other place where it is easy to find.
Upload the file to Photobucket (or whatever you use for Qview pics) and then post it like normal Qview.
