New RF smoker

Good morning and thanks for the forum.

Trying to get a handle on my heat problem in a reverse flow smoker I made but more on that later.

I teach HS Auto Tech in New England.

Sailing, woodworking, restore vintage woodworking machinery and sewing machines. A few diversions from my day job.
