Coming to you all from the great Mississippi gulf coast. Home of the best seafood in this great country of ours! I've been grilling chillin and smoking for awhile now. I found this great forum a few weeks ago and tried some awesome recipes from here and have been hooked since. I currently have a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. I have had other smokers but find that this one does great for what i need it for. Look forward to finding more great recipes here and sharing what i know as well.
