Hello My name is Jeramy......

I have been lurking around the site for over a year gathering info and insight on other peoples posts.

I am a Chef professionally in Central Florida. My passion in food is Comfort Food and BBQ tops the list. I love seeing the faces light up of my guest when they bite into some great food I just made. I am always open for advice and questions.

I have always been a curious person. Taking things apart to figure out how they work, most things i have been able to put back together. I love working with my hands and fire. I feel this is why I became a Chef. I am very much a "Do-It-Yourself-er". Why pay someone else to do it if you can. So I am very much into making my own RF Smoker this year (very slow build) to entertain my family and guest with. Maybe one day a large one to use in Competition one day. That is a whole other project to work on.

At this time I am making my BBQ on a COS Smoker (Modified Car Griller). It works for now, but I want bigger and better!!!
