Hey! VERY new to the world of smoking food, but loving my pellet Yoder Smoker! Located south of Kansas City, MO. Trying a turkey out for the first time! Yikes! If it isn't edible... it was free! Learning SO MUCH from all the posts! Thanks for all the advice!!!!
