Been lurking for a few days now and have really enjoyed checking out all of your creations.
I am currently using a Master-built, but I have a 80's vintage frig that just quit working and I am considering gutting it and turning it into a larger smoker. I realize that I will need to remove some sprayed in foam and some plastic but am up to the challenge!!
I do smoked and fresh deer and elk sausage and some jerky every year so I need something larger than the Master-built for those occasions, will still use the master-built for smaller items!
I will picking your brains when it comes to a controller for the new fridge smoker-I've been checking out the post in that area but when I get to that point I will be looking for your advise.
