Hey all, I used to post under the name Smoke Signal but I no longer have access to the email I was registered under. I got a new smoker and wanted to get back on the threads so I can glean all y’all’s great information. I was blessed to get an upgrade from an MES to my new Oklahoma Joe’s Highland smoker. Tonight I’m rolling the beautiful smoke as I have a Christmas Brisket coming up to temp. I’m looking forward to meeting you all again and sharing my love of great food and Que with you all.
