Hello from southeast Michigan. I've been smoking meat since I was 21 and this year is the big (for me) 30!! I live on a farm and raise pretty much everything I eat. Unfortunately I still have to keep an off the farm job to help pay the bills. Here's my little smoker I've smoked on every kind of smoker there is, and want people to know that you can make all of them work it just takes time and adjustments. DONT BE AFRAID OF MAKING CRAPPY MEAT. You will learn!!! I'm going to be building a new RF smoker that will be mounted on a trailer but spring is my busiest time of year so hopefully I will have the rest of the supplies by June and have it done by July.
