Right now I have a fatty with red,green peppers and onions and shredded mexican cheese, and 3 racks of deer jerky,smoking now,forgot to take pics of the loaded racks but will take them of finished product.I got tired of using alot of charcoal to maintane a temp of 240 during the cold spells so went electric for the winter time
