New MES 40 and new to smoking

Hello All,

  This is my first adventure into the smoking world.  I live in Iowa and have always had a interest in learning and developing new ways to smoke stuff.  I was walking into my local Sams store the other day and they caught me at a weak moment, they had Masterbuilt smokers stacked high and one was calling my name.  I just got done seaoning it 2 nights ago and I have choosen ribs for the maiden voyage.  I use Google a lot and everytime I had a question it kept bringing back to this forum so I joined and look forward to learning from all the masters of the trade.

 No, but a friend of mine just did it this year. Incredibly hot according to him, but he made it.
