New menber from NH

Hi, My name is John and I reside in Barnstead NH. New to Smoking. A friend gave me his Masterbuilt Grand Mac. I picked up 20 bags of Wicked Good Charcoal and Raichlen's Barbeque Bible. I began with a Beer Can Chicken, ribs twice and a pork butt. They all came out ok but could stand improvement. I have made some mistakes but that is part of the learning process. I joined the forum to learn about smoking.

Hello John, nice to see somebody else here from the neighborhood. I'm from the other side of Concord,,Henniker to be exact. I've been over to Fox Country Smoke House in Canterbury several times and if they're not busy the good folks there will let you pick their brain about smoking for as long as you want. They're a wealth of knowledge for amature/hobby smokers like we all are. If you've never been there, go check it out. The smell of all that smoked food in their little store is worth the trip alone.
