Hi everyone! I'm in South Texas. New to forum and BRAND NEW to smoking. Wife bought me a smoker (Masterbuilt XL Propane) To replce our dead old grill. I jumped right in. So far only sone a couple chickens a brisket. Must be beginners luck but both were awesome. Got a pork belly and some chicken breasts in as we speak!
