Hey everyone I am from Northeast Illinois(Winthrop Harbor Cornerstone of Illinois). Just joined the forum. Cookout a lot and make Venison Jerky when I have Venison. Also love to have a fish fry every now and then. Looking for a new smoker since my Masterbuilt smoker finally wore out after many years of use.
