I've been grilling,smoking for over 20 yrs and building UDS's for 7 yrs.
I have a mobile BBQ business Southern Smoke which I sell chicken and BBQ as well as cater for Pig picking style cookouts.
1.I have a 8x16ft porch trailer with a round 250 gallon gas or charcoal pig cooker on porch.
2.Currently working on a oval/flat drum for charcoal only. Pics to come.
3.One UDS
4. Chargriller standard size barrel type charcoal grill
5. Blackstone 36" propane griddle
