Howdy cooks,  Im Jon from Olathe KS.  Been Q'n now for about 5 years.  I have done 1 competition, The Lenexa BBQ a few years back, placed 17th, have not done anything since.  New smoker just today and am feeling ambitious.  I purchased a Old Country Wrangler, took the advice of several other members in doing so, and will be doing a few mods as discussed.  I mainly just enjoy cooking for the family and friends, but might be up for the occasional contest.
