Hello. New member from King's Somborne, near Winchester, Hampshire, England. Owner of three gas Weber's, one charcoal and a Weber Smokey Mountain with BBQ Guru. Have done a reasonable amount of plank grilling but am fairly new to smoking. Recently bought the book 'Secrets to smoking' by Bill Gillespie which has been a great introduction to the dark art
