Hello all, 

Name is Tomie.I live in VA oceanfront. I am getting into smoking very fast and love it. I just upgraged to a "porch model" from custompitsva.com. I love it. I am getting good with Butts and chicken and ribs but want to start trying Brisket. Ideas and help are always welcome.
