Hello, I just joined this smoking group today. I am a missionary living and working in Manila, Philippines. My wife and I are building an orphanage with 2 buildings under construction now. I have no experience "smoking" food, but I really enjoy eating smoked food. Any info or advice/recipes will be greatly appreciated.
