Bonjour, commment sa-vas?, from Louisiana.  Just joined the group. Got the recommendation from one of your members that I know from a hunting and fishing forum that I belong to.  Got so much to see here!    Not a newbe to this style of cooking, just a newbe to talking shop on the web.  Can't wait to see some variations of what I already do, and try some new tricks!
