Hello all,

I'm new to the site.

I'm excited about it, too.  

My name is Justin.  I'm a grillmaster....in my backyard.  I've just started smoking meats.  I'm a charcoal only guy.

I live in Tennessee.  

Haven't really found my style.  I've only really started to get serious with my grilling in the past year.  I feel like I have gotten my steaks where I want them.

I've smoked a ham and it didn't go well.  I've smoked two butts and they turned out great for pulled pork.

Glad to be a member.
