I have been smoking on occasion on my charcoal grill and decided to get a little more serious, so I bought the biggest landman smoker. I have been smoking pork loins, chicken legs and most recently venison sausage sticks. I live in northern Wisconsin in the woods, I make my own maple syrup and homemade bread, we have about 20 chickens and will be raising 2 pigs this summer. This fall I will be using my smoker alot when processing the pigs! I think this forum will be very helpful learning how to make my smoking process more efficient. Thanks and happy smoking
