Hello everyone,

      I have been following the forum for sometime and decided to join. I started cooking in competitions last year (2012) and was somewhat sucessful. I cook with a cousin of mine and use two Green Mountains and an Oklahome Joe. We have an enclosed trailer converted for comp. BBQ. The lady in the picture is my offical tester, my wife. I am a retired fireman and live in Blue Springs, MO.
