   I ran across this website last week and wish I would have found it sooner, Very good info! I am from Illinois and have been smoking meat for about 15 years or so. Guess it grows on ya! I enjoy making jerky as I am an avid hunter. I am trying bacon for the first time now. I have had quite a few smokers from home made to my Southern Pride smoker that I have now. Looking forward to new recipes and ideas!
