Good Morning everybody,
My name is Shawn and am from the southeast corner of Iowa. The way I found interest in smoking was through one of my best friends in high school, who was a Nephew of Darren Warth of Smokey D's of Des Monies, Iowa. We traveled with them to a few competitions while we were in high school. I've always enjoyed the idea of smoking, but always owned cheap knock off's of masterbuilts due to the fact of being scared of trying to learn to run a wood fired smoker. I have finally decided to dive off and give it a shot. I'm just starting my first smoker as we speak. I know I want to go the reverse draft route, but Ive got lots of questions as far as design, calculations, and just wanting conformation that I'm on the right track. Where do I start a discussion on here for these questions? Look forward to hearing from everybody.
