Hi I'm Brian, I'm from central PA.  I am a 1 year veteran at smoking, caught the smoking bug last Christmas and haven't stopped. I currently use a Brinkmann Vertical Gas Smoker that I got last year for Christmas. I love to use my smoker and have smoked many different things. I look forward to this forum and learning more things about smoking.
