Hi, I live in Harker Heights, TX (Nextdoor to Ft. Hood, TX).  Just received a Masterbuilt Smoker XL for an early Fathers Day gift.  Family loves ribs, brisket, turkey and like to try new things. Looking forward to finding great recipes and developing skills when it comes to smoking.
