New member saying Hi.

My uncle was a master smoker and BBQer and past away 4years ago just after agreeing to past on his many years of knowledge to me and just before he was able to. Since then, I have been on a request to smoke the prefect ribs. Acually just finshed smoking 6 slabs for the family...they were Great. I've also done a turkey at Thanksgiving the past two years. Happy to be member of this site and hoping to expand my knowledge.
