New member, New to smoking

Hi all, I'm brand new to this world of smoking. Picked up a Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker last Sunday and taking it on its maiden voyage today. Will be doing a couple of tri-tips. Looking forward to learning and experimenting with all sorts of meats in the future.
