Received a new GMG Davey Crockett portable smoker for Christmas. Seems like a very solid and functional smoker...  A good place/size to start learning about smoke cooking.  Already have a nice propane 4-burner grill.  Looking forward to learning how to smoke/cook some delicious meat and veggie dishes!  Thanks for the chance to join your forum. bj
